1. Turn Around Time (TAT)– How long will it take your business to prepare the order for delivery? What should the shopper do if they have questions or need to make changes during this time?
All orders placed Monday-Saturday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM CT will ship the same day. Any orders placed after 3PM will be shipped on the next business day. If you have any questions regarding shipping at this time please contact us via email with shipping as the subject or by phone.
2. Shipping Information– What shipping methods are available? How long will each available shipping method take? Will tracking information be included? What should the shopper do if they do not receive their order? Are shipments insured?
Domestic Shipping: 2-3 Business Days
International Shipping: 7-10 Business Days
All Out-of-stock orders will ship 10-14 Business Days from the initial order date.
Tracking information will be provided to the shopper. If the shopper do not receive their order they should contact us via email with shipping as the subject. All shipments will be insured.
Note: During the holiday seasons, orders may be delayed by 2-3 days.
3. Returns/Exchanges- Are returns allowed?How does the shopper request a return? Are exchanges allowed? Are there any restocking fees? If yes, fees must apply to all shoppers regardless of payment method but can be specific to product type(s). Where does the shopper return the order to? Who pays return shipping?
We will accept returns that are unopened and in the original packaging within 7 days of initial receipt of Wig unit for online purchases. All refund requests must be submitted via email within 24 hours of delivery. If approved, you will receive a refund to the card utilized during checkout within 7 business days.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
For in-shop purchases, we allow exchanges and/or issue shop credit in the value of the returned items. There will be no cash refunds for in-shop purchases for any reason.
If it is apparent that the Wig unit has been tampered with, worn, conditioned, washed, heat-styled, colored, or altered in way, we will not issue a refund for any reason.
